The evolution of the highly praised Ferrari 330 GTC. Introduced in 1968, the 365 set in to deliver 320 horsepower and a larger 4.4 litre Colombo V12 engine whilst bearing the refined elegance of the 330; only vents were replaced from behind the front wheels to the bonnet. Still featuring its 5-speed gearbox the car has a great daily usability and exceptional road holding performance. With its boosted engine and only 168 examples produced the Ferrari 365 GTC is substantially rarer and more desirable than the fabulous 330 GTC of which 600 examples were made.
This particular Ferrari 365 GTC was delivered to Rome in 1969 finished in magnificent Rosso Scuderia with a luxurious black leather interior. Fully documented by Ferrari authority Marcel Massini and maintained throughout the years by acknowledged American mechanics, François Ricard and John Hajduk, the car presents itself today in stunning, all original conditions. Fitted with its authentic Borrani wire wheels, the car is the last truly elegant and highly desirable Ferrari from the golden age of sports car motoring.
